On the first visit, we will provide cleaning supplies free of charge. Most of our clients prefer to provide their supplies. To help our clients, we can send you a list of suggested products and materials that best suit your needs.

Not required, but it depends on your preference. Many clients choose to provide us with access to their property to perform the cleaning while they are away. We guarantee complete reliability and safety.

We can clean taller items using an extension cord, but we do not climb ladders with more than 3 steps. Chandeliers and ceiling fans on very high ceilings may not be accessible by hand.
We do not move furniture, but we will do our best to reach visible areas with our hands or appropriate tools.
Yes, we ask that the area be free of clutter so that we can focus on cleaning. This includes putting away clothes, papers, toys, shoes, backpacks, dishes, and other items that may make it difficult for us to do our job.
No, we do not clean cages, litter boxes, animal waste, feces, urine, or other biological materials.
No, our services do not include laundry or dishwashing.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, lack of access to the property or refusal upon arrival will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
